Nature: New 6-storey, 14-bay warehouse, adjacent to existing buildings, for Murphy & Stevenson, linen and handkerchief makers. Red brick with sparing use of red sandstone. Elaborate main entrance with rusticated pilasters, parapet, obelisks and sculptural detail; keystone show woman symbolizing the linen industry. Mahogany and teak woodwork in offices.Contractor: W.J. Campbell & Son, Ravenhill Rd.
