Nature: Designer of French pavilion at same. 100 ft frontage with central tower. 'Its central arched doorway and side wings are decorated ornately, but with refined taste; the plaster modelling and other details inviting, and bearing the closest examination.  the middle tower, with its revolving light, lends a dignified aspect to the facade, which is rendered still more conspicuous amidst its white surroundings by the cream colour of the walls.'
