Nature: WC paid £5 for plans. Erected in 1825 at cost of £1,200 by groacers' Company.(In 1834 was not yet in use as an inn but was used as 'occasional residence for Charles Warner, the agent, and as permanent one for sub-agent, George Cuthebert.
