Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect of Leeds, Yorkshire, and company architect of Montague Burton, 'the Tailor of Taste', during the 1920s amd 1930s.  Harry Wilson was responsible for the conversion of Barnardo's shop at 21-22 Grafton Street into a Burton's branch circa 1926-1927 and for the design of Burton's large new premises on the corner of Dame Street and South Great George's Street, built between 1928 and 1930.   He also designed a branch of Burton's in Belfast, built in 1933 on the corner of Ann Street and Telfair Street.
