Belgian-born sculptor, working in London from the 1860s until the 1890s. John Adrien Raemackers sculpted a bronze statue of the William Thomas, 3rd Earl of Clancarty which was unveiled in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, on 29 September 1874.(1) He exhibited marble statues or busts of the earl and countess at the Royal Academy in 1873 and 1874.(2)
