English architect, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), I, 243. With his brother Joshua Arthur Brandon (1802-1847), he exhibited designs for 'recent additions and alterations' to Aughnamullen CI church, Ballibay, Co. Monaghan, at the Royal Academy in 1847. JAMES RAWSON CARROLL  JAMES RAWSON CARROLL worked for a time in his office.
