Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

English architect and and member of the prolific dynasty of architects who were descended from John Wyatt (1675-1742) of Weeford, Staffordshire, for whom see Howard Colvin, A Biographical dictionary of British architects 1600-1840 (3rd edn., 1995), 1102,1128-1133, and Wyatt family tree in Derek Linstrum, Catalogue of the Drawings Collection of the Royal Institute of British Architects: the Wyatt family (1974).

Jeffry Wyatt was a nephew of JAMES WYATT JAMES WYATT , in whose office he worked from 1792 to 1799. In 1800 he exhibited designs for 'A Charity School in Ireland for Countess Conyngham' and a 'Design for a market house at Slane, Ireland' at the Royal Academy (nos. 1033 and 1061). An undated sketch plan for a house and stables at Baltrasna, Co. Meath, for James O'Reilly, who succeeded to the property in 1805, is in the RIBA Drawings Collection.
