Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of Preston, Lancashire, who appears in the English census of 1891.(1) He is probably the W.E. Withnell who designed large additions to Belmont Park Asylum, Ferrybank, Waterford, in 1886.(2)
