WILLIAMS, WILLIAM DAVID

Draughtsman and/or surveyor in the Office of Public Works. William David Williams, who was born on 2 November 1845, entered the service of the Board of Public Works as a draughtsman on 22 July 1861. Another William Williams appears to have been taken on by the Office of Public Works as a draughtsman in 1863.
