Architect, of Borrisoleigh, Co. Tipperary, who designed a dispensary and medical officer's residence at Templetuohy for Thurles Board of Guardians in 1911.(1) He may be the 'Mr Williams' who prepared the specifications for remedying the Borrisoleigh sewage system in 1901.(2) He can perhaps be identified as the Thomas Williams of Coolataggle, Borrisoleigh, a sixty-seven-year-old building contractor, who appears in the 1911 census.
