William West, a specialist in designing sanatoria,(1) was appointed assessor for the competition of 1910-11 for the addition of a consumptives' pavilion to the Royal Hospital, Donnybrook, Dublin.(2) He awarded first prize to WILLIAM KAYE-PARRY. WILLIAM KAYE-PARRY.
