Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Surveyor, of Dublin. Henry Hamilton Walker was an apprentice of JOHN BROWNRIGG  JOHN BROWNRIGG in 1794 and was living in Islandbridge, Dublin, the following year. Wilson's Dublin Directory lists him at 56 Charlemont Street, Dublin, from 1799 until 1820. According to Andrews, Walker belonged to the 'French' school of cartography in Ireland, working in a style which originated with JOHN ROCQUE. JOHN ROCQUE.
