Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of London, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 868. FrankVerity was a theatre and cinema specialist; he and Samuel Beverley, his partner from 1930 onwards, were European advisors to Paramount and the Union Cinema Company. He appears to have designed - or advised on - a 'super cinema' in Royal Avenue, Belfast, in 1931.(1)
