Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Robert Strahan was admitted to the Royal Dublin Society's School of Landscape and Ornament in 1834 and to the School of Drawing in Architecture in 1836, winning a prize in the same year.(1) He may have been related to the cabinet maker of the same name, who had premises in Chancery Lane, Dublin, and later in Henry Street.
