Building: CO. ANTRIM, BELFAST, BRONNEAU'S DANCING ACADEMY
Date: 1874a
Nature: Prepares plans for proposed dancing academy for Frederick Bronneau. At Belfast Quarter Sessions FHS claimed £17.10s from Bronneau, stating that building which was executed was almost identical to his plans. Bronneau claimed that building was erected to designs by William Hastings. Case dismissed.

Nature: Sarcophagus monument to Bishop Higgin. Aberdeen granite worked and polished by Mssrs. Mossman, Glasgow. Sculpted croziers & mitres by Kirk, Dublin. Contractor: Matthew McClelland, Derry.
