Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architectural partnership, of Belfast, formed between WILLIAM JOHN WATERMAN ROOME  WILLIAM JOHN WATERMAN ROOME and ROBERT STEVEN BOAG ROBERT STEVEN BOAG , apparently in 1911. Works by the partners recorded in the Irish Builder and the Irish Architect and Contractor all date from the first half of 1911. This was the year in which Roome first visited Africa, and he may possibly have taken a partner to run the practice during his absence.
