Architect working for William Sidney Clements, third Earl of Leitrim at Lough Rynn, Co. Leitrim, circa 1859-1861. Drawings by Willis for the garden and farmyard at Lough Rynn and for a dispensary at Garvagh are in the collection of Marcus Clements, Killadoon, Co. Kildare, while a design by him for window fittings in the new stables, signed and dated 1861, is among the J. & R. Stewart papers in the National Library of Ireland.(1) Willis married Margaret Grey, the earl's recently discharged housekeeper, on 11 July 1861 in Cloon church.(2)
