Architect, of Dublin, active from 1901 or earlier until 1909 or 1910. Charles Ramsey, son of Francis Mozart Ramsey, of Dublin, by his wife Jessie, née Carnegie, was born in 1884. He was actively involved in the affairs of the Architectural Association of Ireland between 1901 and 1907, winning the Association's Travelling Studentship in 1906 for a measured drawing of a building erected before 1820.
