Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of Belfast and Victoria, British Columbia. William Hartley Patterson was apprenticed to WILLIAM HENRY LYNN  WILLIAM HENRY LYNN for five years and then practised independently for a further five.   By the end of 1901 he was working in the office of GRAEME WATT & GRAEME WATT & amp; TULLOCH  TULLOCH in Belfast and was at some stage taken into partnership.(1) He emigrated to Canada in 1909.

RIAI: elected member, 1901, having been proposed by William Henry Lynn, seconded by WILLIAM JOHN GILLILAND  WILLIAM JOHN GILLILAND and JOHN JOSEPH MCDONNELL JOHN JOSEPH MCDONNELL ; ceased membership, 1910.
