PALMER, THOMAS B.

Engineer, active in the 1890s. Thomas Palmer was employed on the extension of the Dublin, Wicklow & Wexford Railway and then, as assistant engineer, on a large sewerage scheme for Waterford. He died in 1899, while working on the latter project.
