Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Carpenter and builder, of 16 Blackhall street, Dublin, listed as such in Wilson's Dublin Directory for 1801. He is propbably the Thomas Brien of Blackhall Market, whose career was summarized by his fellow tradesmen in 1834 as follows:  'Was very extensive[,] made property[,] failed & died very poor'.(1)
