Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Assistant county surveyor for Co. Leitrim from 1915 until 1918 or later. MacDonagh, who held an MA and BE from the National University of Ireland, was a professor at St Joseph's College, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, before he was appointed an assistant county survor for Co. Leitrim in October 1915.(1) He was still in the post in 1918 but had died or retired by 1922.(2)
