Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Engineer on the housing staff of Wexford Borough, from 1936 or earlier until 1960 or later. In 1934 the Minister for Local Government declined to sanction the appointment by Wexford Corporation of Millar as its housing architect;(1) however he is described as 'housing engineer' in a notice of the erection of 128 houses in Wexford in the Irish Builder in January 1950.(2) He was a Fellow of the Institute of Sanitary Engineers.(3)
