Scottish architect, for whom see www.scottisharchitects.org.uk. As assistant to ANDREW HEITON  ANDREW HEITON of Perth, William Leiper spent eighteen months in Dublin supervising the erection of Heiton's Findlater Church (1862-64) on Rutland (Parnell) Square.
