Building contractors, of London, who built the 1862 Great Exhibition Palace in London to designs by FRANCIS FOWKE FRANCIS FOWKE . In 1862 Kelk & Lucas were entrants in the Dublin Exhibition Palace and Winter Garden competition, 'assisted by, or independently, Captain Fowke, R.E.'.(1)
