Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect and CE, of Co. Armagh.   Richard N. Johnston, who was born in Co. Armagh in 1882 or 1883, practised as an engineer and architect in Co. Armagh from 1911 or earlier until 1928 or later.   At the time of the 1911 census he was still unmarried and living on the family farm at Glasdrumman, Co. Armagh, with his widowed mother, brother and sister.   He later practised from Woodvale, Ballsmill, Co. Armagh.(1)
