BARRADOTTE, - #

According to John Charles Lyons the execution of the Jealous Wall at Belvedere, Co. Westmeath, was supervised by a Florentine architect named Barradette.(1) Could Barradette possibly be a misreading for JOHN JAMES BARRALET ? The source of the design can in fact be traced to the works of THOMAS WRIGHT. (2)
