Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Engineer or architect, of Four Roads, Roscommon, who was appointed by the Roscommon town commissioners to prepare a scheme of twenty-five artisans' dwellings in July 1909.(1) He may be the same person as the M.J. Heavy, surveyor, of Sydney Parade, Dublin, who was admitted a member of the Association of Municipal & County Engineers on 1 October 1921.(2)
