Builder, of Dublin, active from 1810 or earlier until 1820 or later. One or two persons of this name, both members of the Guild of Bricklayers, were admitted freemen of the City of Dublin by Grace Especial at Midsummer 1796.(1) William Fell was employed as a bricklayer on repairs and alterations to the City Assembly House in South William Street in 1810.(2)
