Architect, of 101 Queen Victoria St, London.(1) Oswald Archer was architect to the Salvation Army from 1906 to 1935(2) and in this capacity designed the York Road Salvation Army Hall in Belfast in 1911 and the Salvation Army headquarters in Dublin in 1912.
