Nature: New church in Dublin granite for Very Rev. Father Sheehan, PP, Terenure. Proposed design submitted to Dublin Board of Public Health, Jan 1933.  Tenders invited, Feb 1933. First sod turned 1933; FS laid when walls already about 20 ft high, Sep. 933;  nave completed and church opened 'within two years'. Additions (transepts, apse, lengthening of nave), 1942. Builder: Murphy Bros., Rathmines.
