Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, of 38 Back Lane, Dublin, listed as such in Wilson's Dublin Directory for 1798.  Bartholomew Byrne of Back Lane also appears on a list of Dublin brick- and stonelayers who were active circa 1800 compiled by his fellow tradesmen in March 1834.(1)   According to this source he 'Died 18 yrs ago in good circumstances [and] had houses he built in Back Lane'.
