Architect, of Belfast, active from 1893 or earlier until 1901 or later. He was placed third in the Enniskillen town hall competition of 1897, when he is described as of Lombard Street, Belfast. The 'T. & R. Roe' who were the architects of the Municipal Buildings in Portadown, 1890, may have been Thomas and ROBERT ROE ROBERT ROE , who were possibly brothers. There may also be a connection with R.B. ROE & SONS. Thomas Roe was a subscriber to George Lister Sutcliffe,ed., The Principles and Practice of Modern House-Construction (London, 1898).
