Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, architect,  and 'CE' of Charleville, Co. Cork. According to the 1911 census, Timothy Joseph ('Teejay') Riordan, was born in Co. Cork in 1858 or 1859. He was in business as a builder and architect in Charleville until at least 1915.(1)  Only one design by him is recorded in the Irish Builder :  a farm house built in 1903 at Fox Hall East, Co. Limerick.(2)  At the time of the 1911 census, he had been married to his wife Elizabeth Mary ('Lily'), a 'Bookseller, Stationer & Fancy Dealer' in Charleville, for twelve years and had five surviving children.
