Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of 45, Stephen Street, Dublin. John Henzell appears to have been a son of John Henzell and a Miss Hudson who were married in Dublin in 1776.(1) He was admitted to the Dublin Society's School of Drawing in Architecture on 5 June 1795.(2) He first appears in Wilson's Dublin Directory in 1808 with the designation 'architect' and an address at 45 Stephen Street and remains at the same address until 1822.
