Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Master builder of the Account and Imprest Offices, Dublin, circa 1789.(1)  William Hendy may be the 'Mr Hendy' who, according to James Malton, contracted to build the Royal Military Infirmary in the Phoenix Park for £9000.(2)  The will of William Hendy, carpenter, of Dublin, was proved in the Prerogative Court in 1804.(3)
