Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, or builder-architect, active in the first quarter of the nineteenth century. Daniel Gaven worked with JOHN BEHAN [1]  JOHN BEHAN [1] on Galway county court house in 1808-9,(1) and in 1814 Behan and Gaven submitted plans for Roscommon Gaol, which were passed over in favour of a design by RICHARD MORRISON. RICHARD MORRISON.
